Once you add items to your shopping bag, you can review, modify, and pay for your order.
Subject to product availability, 宀 reserves the right to ship orders in multiple shipments. In such cases, 宀 will notify customers by SMS, email, or other means.

After you complete payment, you will receive an order confirmation SMS containing an overview of your order and confirmation that we are processing it. Once the confirmation is sent, the order details can no longer be changed. If you do not receive a confirmation SMS within 24 hours after placing your order, please contact us to verify whether your order has been received.
Receiving the confirmation SMS on the mobile number used for your order indicates that your order has been confirmed.
Once your order is ready for shipment, you will also receive an SMS notification.
All orders are subject to prior confirmation of product availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order in whole or in part, we will notify you as soon as possible via SMS.
According to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
However, if you need to cancel the items you have purchased, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the details.
If the order has already been shipped, please follow the instructions in the “Returns” section to return the items.
Due to the nature of the products, orders for personalized items cannot be cancelled, as they are made according to your preferences.
For security reasons, we are unable to change the items in your order or the shipping and billing addresses.

Returns Service
Items purchased on the official website may be returned free of charge within 7 days of receipt if you are not fully satisfied. Before requesting a return, please ensure that the item complies with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when received. Please make sure that the products are intact, unworn, unused, and undamaged in any way, with all authenticity tags still attached, all accompanying materials included, and the original packaging intact.
If an item has an authenticity tag, returns will not be accepted if the tag has been removed, broken, or damaged.
For reasons of product safety and hygiene, items whose protective seals or original packaging have been opened, damaged, altered, or removed are not eligible for return. Personalized items are also non-returnable.
If there is an issue with the item you received but you do not wish to return it, please contact our Customer Service Center. We will be happy to help you find the best possible solution.
Returns must be sent back in the original packaging, and each item must be in the same condition as when received, with all tags, documents, and accessories complete and intact.
After you submit a return request through My Account, our Customer Service Center will contact you to confirm the return details. You will be asked to provide a convenient pickup address, phone number, and time, and we will arrange for a courier to collect the package.
Once we receive the returned package, we will inspect the item. If it meets the return requirements, a refund will usually be processed within 7 days, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.
You will receive an SMS notification once the refund has been initiated. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment method used and may take up to 30 days.
Care & Repair
○ Do not wash the hat as a whole, soak it, or use fluorescent brighteners.
○ It is recommended to hand wash gently with a neutral detergent. Please follow the care label attached to the actual product for specific washing and maintenance instructions.
○ Do not bleach.
○ Do not tumble dry or expose to direct sunlight; do not reverse dry. After cleaning, lay the hat flat or place it on a hat form to air dry in a cool place.
○ Do not iron at high temperature. Only use steam ironing / the maximum temperature of the iron soleplate shall not exceed 110℃.
○ Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place to avoid deformation caused by squeezing, as well as moth damage and mildew.
○ Avoid wearing hats made of cashmere, suede or leather in rainy or snowy weather.
To preserve the brilliance and beauty of your jewelry over time, we recommend handling and storing it with care and taking it regularly to an authorized brand boutique for professional cleaning and maintenance.
○ Avoid contact with substances such as salt, mineral water, perfume, skincare products, cosmetics, detergents, chlorine, and other corrosive materials.
○ For daily cleaning, use a pH-neutral detergent and a soft cloth.
○ After removing your jewelry, place it in a jewelry pouch or box and store it in a dry environment, away from heat sources and prolonged direct sunlight.
○ When wearing jewelry, avoid contact with hard objects to prevent deformation or scratches.
